Patrick Mahomes Marries Long-Time Girlfriend Brittany Matthews in Hawaii Celeb Secrets
Patrick Mahomes is now a married man!
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and Super Bowl champion married his high school sweetheart, Brittany Matthews on Saturday (March 12). The event took place in Hawaii in lavish fashion.
Among the attendees were the families of both Mahomes and Matthews, as well as Mahomes’ teammates from Kansas City. Tight end Travis Kelce also served as one of the groomsmen.

The two had been dating since their time in Whitehouse High School in Texas, where they were classmates. Matthews, who is a fitness instructor, gave birth to her and Mahomes’ first child, a daughter named Sterling Skye, in February 2021.
Skye served as the flower girl for the wedding, in truly adorable fashion. Meanwhile, Mahomes’ best man for the wedding was his younger brother Jackson, who himself has not been without controversy.
Mahomes proposed to Matthews in September 2020, to which she, of course, said yes. This occurred shortly after Mahomes received his Super Bowl ring, after beating the 49ers in Super Bowl LIV in 2020, before the pandemic. From then on, the two were officially engaged.
It appears that nothing can go wrong for the All-Star quarterback, who is already a Super Bowl champion at the age of 26. Now, he’ll look to add another ring to his resume, and he’ll do so as a married man.
